Rental Policy Agreement

Welcome to Stayco.ph. By booking and staying in any Stayco.ph unit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment
  • Full or partial payment is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Payments can be made via GCash.
  • Bookings are only secured once payment is verified.
2. Check-in & Check-out
  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 NN (the following day)
  • Guests are kindly requested to respect the check-in and check-out schedule to allow proper preparation of the unit for the next guest.
  • Before leaving the unit, kindly ensure the following:
    • Wash or clean all the dishes
    • Turn off all lights and air-conditioning units
    • Close all windows
    • Remove all foods and beverages from the refrigerator
    • Dispose of any trash properly
3. Security Deposit
  • A refundable security deposit of ₱[Amount] may be required.
  • This will cover damages, missing items, or violations.
  • Refund will be processed within [X days] after inspection.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made [X days] before check-in are eligible for a [full/partial] refund.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. House Rules
  • No Pets Allowed. Pets are strictly prohibited inside the property.
  • No Smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or within the building premises.
  • No illegal substances. The use or possession of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited.
  • No Parties or Events. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed inside the property.
  • Noise Curfew. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Food and Drink on Bed is not allowed.
  • Furniture Care. Any damage will be charged accordingly.
  • Do Not Rearrange Furniture.
6. Damages & Liability
  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the unit.
  • Any loss, damage, or violation may result in charges.
7. Use of Property
  • The unit must only be used for residential purposes.
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
8. Force Majeure
  • Stayco.ph is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events.
9. Enjoy Your Stay
  • We hope you have a pleasant and relaxing stay.
10. Agreement
  • By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
